This weekend kicks off Houston's fall festival season with Japan Festival Houston, an annual celebration of Japanese culture held in Houston’s Hermann Park. And even though it's fall, it's still hot out there –so Sprinkler Day at the Nature Discovery Center is a sure way to have fun and stay cool.
