The flipped classroom (FC) is a progressive, effective curricular model, which makes learning deeper and more durable. This study was carried out for quantitative and qualitative assessment of immunology course as FC from Nku*ms students’ perspectives. In this descriptive analytical study, 129 students of Nku*ms which were classified according to their faculty and field of study, and sampled by Stratified random sampling. Immunology FC was carried out by engaging students in pre-class activities. Problem solving, small group discussions and drawing concept map were assignments of students in class. For assessment, we used a researcher made questionnaire. Moreover, GraphPad Prism software was used for statistical analysis of the data. And then, the results were analyzed using Chi-square test for qualitative data and One-way ANOVA for quantitative data. Ultimately, Our results showed in different scales, subscales of valuable content provided, classroom management by teacher, opportunity for questioning by learner, and doing group work by students have gained the highest desirability; and subscales of explaining complex concepts, equal opportunities for learners, opportunity for written and verbal feedback to learners, and previous learner preparation have obtained the lowest desirability. YidC, a bacterial member of the YidC/Alb3/Oxa1 insertase family, mediates membrane protein assembly and insertion. Cytoplasmic loops are known to have functional significance in membrane proteins such as YidC. Employing microsecond-level molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, we show that the crystallographically unresolved C2 loop plays a crucial role in the structural dynamics of Bacillus halodurans YidC2. We have modeled the C2 loop and used allatom MD simulations to investigate the structural dynamics of YidC2 in its apo form, both with and without the C2 loop. The C2 loop was found to stabilize the entire protein and particularly the C1 region. C2 was also found to stabilize the alpha-helical character of the C-terminal region. Interestingly, the highly polar or charged lipid head groups of the simulated membranes were found to interact with and stabilize the C2 loop. These findings demonstrate that the crystallographically unresolved loops of membrane proteins could be important for the stabilization of the protein despite the apparent lack of structure, which could be due to the absence of the relevant lipids to stabilize them in crystallographic conditions.

Objective: The primary objective of this research was to present a futurology model for sustainable environmental reporting, considering innovation indicators.Methodology: The present study was applied and mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of purpose. The population included experts (accountants, auditors, and university professors), selected through purposive sampling; 11 individuals were chosen for the qualitative sample. The quantitative population included all accountants and auditors active in the country's official accountants association, from which 384 individuals were randomly selected using Cochran's formula. The qualitative tool was semi-structured interviews, and the quantitative tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the indicators identified in the qualitative section. The validity of the research instruments was confirmed through content validity, and the reliability was established using Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in SPSS and AMOS software. Findings: The results indicated that environmental standards, with a coefficient of .908, had the highest correlation with sustainable environmental reporting, whereas green culture, with a coefficient of .192, had the lowest correlation. The Eastern Kufi is a development of early Kufi that spread from the 10th to 13th century A.D. in the Eastern part of the Islamic world. Eastern Kufi should be considered as a general term for various styles and sometimes completely different from the transcription of the Quran, which although in terms of geometry and shape of the letters originated from the original Kufi, due to the passage of time and influenced by local tastes. The study of codicologists and calligraphers have always been focused on some important artworks in this style. A careful study of the works shows that some Eastern Kufic styles can be attributed to specific geographical areas; such as North of Iran: Tabaristan and Gilan. The oldest dated manuscript in Tabari style is a Quran by Ali Mokhlesi Tabari, dated 964 A.D. and the last artwork is a Quran by Masoud Ibn Isa Maghari Deylami dated 1249 A.D. Attributing this style to the North of Iran is because of transcribers’ names from Roudbar, Mojaver, Deylam and Tabaristan. This style was a small-size script with unique features in letters transcription like ف, ق, and و. Other features are the relatively short height vertical letters and its strong horizontal connections, with little variation in pen thickness. Also verses sections in Tabari Qurans are usually mentioned with four dots and the illuminations and decorations are slight and brief.

The proximity of Islamic schools of thought is one of the necessities of Islamic society. Quran is the greatest source of the Proximity of Islamic schools of thought. Since the time of the Holy Prophet PBUH, Quranic verses have been interpreted based on the provisions of Quran and Prophet’s PBUH Sirah (approach). The present study aimed to investigate the feasibility of the proximity interpretation of Quran and, if feasible, to determine the basis of such interpretation. Furthermore, this study attempted to determine the first commentator who used the approximate interpretation approach. The data were collected through library research and were analyzed and explained qualitatively. By examining the first commentaries written independently of the narrative society, beginning with Ṭabari’s Jamiʿ Al-Bayan and also the commentaries of Ibn Abi Ḥatim, Ibn Al-Mundhir, and Thaʿlabi, it could be concluded that the proximity interpretation is a realized approach the first instance of which was observed in Thaʿlabi’s commentary through investigating the interpretation of the phrase Ahl al-Bayt. The findings also showed that Thaʿlabi’s commentary is different from other commentaries in terms of fairness in writing, i.e., strive for accuracy and truth in his interpretations, showing devotion to the eminent Islamic personalities, and his specific insight and his dwelling place confirms this difference.
